Does it need a fridge?
Not before opening. Keep unopened packs in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate it and finish it within 3 days.

What allergens does it contain?
Soy, wheat and fish. The full ingredient list is on every pack.
Do you deliver to gyms outside Pattaya?
Yes. We deliver trade orders anywhere in Thailand.
