Our Roots
BlackJack isn't made in some factory you've never heard of. It's made by Prime Food Service, a Pattaya producer that's supplied hotels, bars, restaurants and supermarkets here for more than 12 years. Here's what we can back up today: who makes it, what's certified, and what we're still confirming pack by pack.
Traceability
BlackJack Jerky is produced at Prime Food Service's facility in Pattaya. We're proud to work with them. They're one of the few suppliers in the area who can back full traceability from farm to plate, and that mattered when we were deciding who'd make this jerky.
Compliance
BlackJack Jerky is produced at a facility that's FDA approved and GMP certified.
FDA approval means the facility meets the required food safety standards for that authority. GMP, Good Manufacturing Practice, covers how consistently and hygienically the food is made, things like equipment, staff practice and process control. Those are the two certifications we can currently confirm. We'll add more here if others apply, once verified.
Our Supplier
BlackJack Jerky is made by Prime Food Service, a Pattaya-based food producer with more than 12 years in the business. They already supply hotels, bars, restaurants and supermarkets across the area, and their processing equipment is imported from Europe.
We chose them because they're established: other venues in Pattaya already trust them for their meat supply, and they run an FDA approved, GMP certified facility.
