Trade Terms
Last updated 10 October 2026
These Trade Terms apply, in addition to our Terms of Sale, to every Trade Customer for all Orders placed on or after 1 August 2026, and remain in force until further notice. Words defined in our Terms of Sale have the same meaning here. Trade Customers are not Consumers, and clause A3.4 of our Terms of Sale does not apply to them.
B1. Trade accounts
B1.1 Trade pricing is available only to Trade Customers we have approved. We may ask for your business name, trading address, contact details, and identification of the person authorised to order before approving an account.
B1.2 We may approve, refuse, suspend or close a trade account, acting reasonably.
B1.3 You must tell us promptly of any change to your business name, ownership, address or authorised contacts.
B2. Trade Orders
B2.1 Trade Orders may be placed by email to [email protected], through our LINE Official Account (@749ppvkw), or through one of our authorised sales agents. An Order placed through a sales agent is binding once we have confirmed it in writing.
B2.2 The minimum trade Order is 10 packs.
B2.3 Sales agents are not authorised to vary these terms, extend credit, or promise discounts, returns or refunds beyond those set out in our published terms, unless we confirm it in writing.
B3. Trade prices and payment
B3.1 Trade prices are those on our current trade price list or as confirmed in writing for your Order. We may change trade prices on 14 days' written notice. Confirmed Orders are not affected.
B3.2 We do not offer credit. Payment is due in full before dispatch, or on Delivery where we have agreed this in writing, by PromptPay or bank transfer. Cash is accepted only where we agree to it in advance.
B3.3 Where payment is due on Delivery and is not made, we may withhold or collect the Products, suspend further Orders, and recover our reasonable costs of collection.
B3.4 You may not withhold or set off any amount you owe us, including the value of any pending claim under clause B7 or our Buy Back Scheme Terms.
B4. Delivery and inspection
B4.1 Please check each delivery on receipt. Shortages, visible damage or incorrect items must be reported to [email protected] or our LINE Official Account within 2 Working Days of Delivery, with photos. After that, the delivery is treated as complete and correct, without affecting your rights under clause B7 for faults that are not visible on inspection.
B4.2 Ownership of the Products stays with us until we receive payment in full. Until then, you may resell them only in the ordinary course of your business.
B5. Storage and resale standards
B5.1 You must store Products in line with the pack instructions and clause A11 of our Terms of Sale, rotate stock so that the earliest expiry date is sold first, and not sell any Product after its expiry date.
B5.2 You must sell Products only in their original, unopened and unaltered packs. You must not repack, split, relabel, or cover or remove any label, MFG date or EXP date.
B5.3 You are responsible for holding any licence or permit your business needs to sell food to the public.
B5.4 You may set your own resale price. Our recommended retail price is ฿129 per 40g pack.
B6. Brand use and marketing
B6.1 You may use our name, logo and supplied marketing materials (such as posters and point-of-sale items) only to promote genuine BlackJack Jerky Products, and only in the form we supply or approve.
B6.2 You must not make any health, nutritional or other claim about the Products that is not on the pack or approved by us in writing.
B6.3 We may ask you to stop using or remove any materials at any time. Point-of-sale items we supply remain our property unless we agree otherwise.
B7. Trade Quality Guarantee
B7.1 We stand behind the quality of every pack we supply. If any Product supplied to a Trade Customer is found to be faulty at any time before its expiry date, we will, at your choice, replace it or refund the trade price you paid for it, in full. There is no limit on the number of packs covered.
B7.2 A Product is faulty if it shows mould or spoilage, has a broken or failed seal, contains foreign matter, is significantly under its declared Net Weight, or has a missing or incorrect label, MFG date or EXP date, in each case not caused by anything that happened after Delivery.
B7.3 To claim, email [email protected] or message our LINE Official Account within 2 Working Days of discovering the fault, with photos of the affected packs and their MFG/EXP dates, and the date of the delivery they came from. Please remove affected packs from sale immediately.
B7.4 We will arrange collection of faulty Products at our cost, or ask you to dispose of them and send photo evidence. We may inspect remaining stock at your premises.
B7.5 If we find a fault that may affect a whole batch, we may withdraw all stock from that batch and will replace or refund it in full.
B7.6 The Trade Quality Guarantee does not cover Products that have been stored or handled other than in line with clause B5, are past their expiry date, have been opened or altered after Delivery, or have been lost, stolen or damaged at your premises.
B7.7 Faulty stock is covered by this clause B7, not the Buy Back Scheme. Products claimed under clause B7 cannot also be claimed under our Buy Back Scheme Terms.
B8. Buy Back Scheme for Trade Customers
B8.1 Trade Customers may also use the Buy Back Scheme for Products they are dissatisfied with, on the terms set out in our Buy Back Scheme Terms, including the trade provisions in clause C12.
B9. Product recalls
B9.1 If we issue a recall or withdrawal notice, you must immediately stop selling the affected Products, set aside remaining stock, cooperate with us and any authority, and follow our instructions. We will replace or refund recalled stock in full.
B10. Trade liability
B10.1 Subject to clause A13.1 of our Terms of Sale, our total liability to a Trade Customer in any 12-month period is limited to the total price paid by that Trade Customer for Products in that period.
B10.2 You are responsible for, and will compensate us for, any loss, claim or cost arising from your breach of clauses B5 or B6, including the sale of expired, opened or relabelled Products.
B11. Ending a trade account
B11.1 Either party may close a trade account on 14 days' written notice. We may close it immediately if you fail to pay, breach clauses B5 or B6, or cease trading. Any amount owed becomes payable immediately on closure. Claims under clause B7 and our Buy Back Scheme Terms for Products already delivered are not affected by closure.
